50 Cent shocks fans with Rick Ross Rocky IV dig after rapper is hospitalised - 'If he dies, he dies'

50 Cent has shocked fans after taking a sly dig at Rick Ross after the rapper was rushed to hospital last week. The Get Rich or Die Tryin' star and Ross have a longstanding feud, which sensationally saw 50 Cent ordered to pay out $5 million to a Florida mum called Lavonia Leviston - one of Ross' baby mum's - for publishing a sex tape of her in 2009.
Presumably after learning Ross had been hospitalised, 50 posted a still from Rocky IV taken from the scene where Dolph Lundgren's character Ivan Drago says, "If he dies, he dies,” while standing over a dying Apollo Creed.
Emergency services were called to his Miami home at around 3.30am on Thursday when the rapper was discovered unresponsive.

Police arrived to find him "slobbing out the mouth" and 'in distress', and were told he had a history of seizures.
According to TMZ, Rick was taken to a cardiac unit in a Miami hospital, signalling that it was his heart that made him collapse.
Dismissing reports that the rapper was on life support, a fellow rapper and a close friend - Fat Trel - told BET this weekend that Ross was doing “good,” but “is not on life support."
Meanwhile, other famous friends of Ross have been sending him their support on social media.
“Prayers up for my guy,” Snoop Dogg said. “Hope you pull thru my brotha.”
While Naomi Campbell wrote: "Let's all pray for Rick Ross."
